🧸 - feels like ꫂ ၴႅၴ - (v.) Melionë Fenty was always aware of the way people moved around her-their closeness, their stares, the subtle shift when something felt off. She could sense the space between her and other people and tell who they were by the sound of their steps, yet when it came to her own heart, her own emotions, she felt nothing. She knew nothing. She had no idea what happiness was, no clue what sadness even felt like, and the other human feelings were unknown to her. Emotions were something she'd never learned, and sometimes she even acted like a robot. Then Michael Townsend came crashing into her life and daily routine, and different from her, he could read emotions really well and could see what others couldn't. He knew better than anyone what sadness was, and he felt happy to be away from it. But for some strange reason, he wasn't happy to let her stay this way. Untouched, empty, he wanted to teach her-to help her feel what she'd been missing her whole life. He wanted her to feel whole.
