John, a 3rd year student of Wellston High, had just confessed to his own best friend, Seraphina, his huge secret---that he is not a Cripple but a very powerful High-tier. He just had 3 MAJOR badluck. 1st is that he's having a hard time telling Sera the truth. After the torture he was subjected to in the Readjustment Classes, John wasn't sure how he could bear to live with himself anymore, not after everything he did as the Tyrant of New Bostin. He wasn't a good person. He was nothing but the hollow husk of a monster, something that should be left to fade away into the darkness-alone, forgotten. But within that pit he was content with laying in, to let any shred of hope he could have wilt and die, a light pierced through the depths. Unordinary, a book his dad wrote for him, and John finds it in himself to believe...maybe he can be a good person after all. Or: William's message truly gets through to John, he learns to help others with his power, and changes ripple throughout John's life and the hierarchy that almost destroyed him because of it.

I made this fanfic based on a theory I've had for a long time (also this is the first fanfic I've actually made and posted online). What if John had been used for experiments when he was younger by his mother? In the original unOrdinary, they don't mention his mother at all. What if he was captured by Ember when he was little? How would unOrdinary carry out? There will be some OCs here and there. But just so the plot moves along. I'll also be doing other UNO fanfics if I feel like it. Until then! Isen loses his pen collection and there are multiple sightings of Elaine doing illegal dealings of orange juice. Suddenly, she has kidnapped a child and is now being arrested. What the fuck, Elaine. Remi needs a new hero suit and Blyke tried to smuggle it through the boys dorm but ended up getting shoved in a duffle bag. Did he finish his pancake? We'll never know.
