Floyd crawled out of the cave, muddy and grinning like a madman. "This one's it, fellas!" he said, springing to his feet. "We clear them rocks an' smooth the floors an' build some stairs, people'll be linin' up for miles just to see it!" He kicked one of his feet high, stumbling forward. He turned toward the cave entrance and held his hands up, far apart. "The Great Sand Cave," he proposed, then looked over his shoulder. "Whaddaya think, Homer, Pop?" He glanced between his brother and his father. OR: Floyd Collins makes it out of the Sand Cave the first time, and the universe brings him and Skeets Miller together anyway.
