Dylan moves to the school with her sister Gigi who is known as a big bully and a party record of being jerks to the Russo's but later on Dylan realizes that it's not the case at all and Gigi's just jealous wanting to make her sister mad for all the times that she had to pick up and carry the slop and all the years of looking up to her in the awful ways and all the public embarrassment she decides to friend the Russo's. Dylan has some magic left in her from the charmed ones herself but her parents died and she was put into foster care were she met her further parents. Alex Russo and her brothers Justin and Max come from a long line of wizards and now must master their newly learned powers or lose them forever. Their dad, Jerry, gave up his powers when he married their mortal mom. The family business is Waverly Sub Station in busy Manhattan, and the three young wizards get into all sorts of crazy situations as they grow up facing typical teen challenges like school, friends, family and magic.

After Alex's big battle with her bad half and saving the world (again), Max hasn't really been involved in anything exciting. Except the day to day thing of working in his Dads sub station. The only thing exciting for Max is watching his Dad accidentally mess up on some sandwiches. Which Max finds pretty hilarious. What happens when a pretty young wizard walks into the sub station? Will Max be able to treat her like every other customer that walks in and out? Or will Max not be able to let her go?
