The last thing Barry Allen remembered was looking down at a dying Oliver Queen. He then wakes up to find himself in the Monitor's Realm. The Flash has decided to help out his speedster friends learn how to use their speed. Despite their experience, he is the fastest and they are still in need of help. As he teaches, word of another speedster has begun to spread, and team Flash is curious as to the identity of this unknown figure.
