Connor Jessup is from Ontario, Canada and tries to pursue his acting career, and Ashley Weaver is from Washington State and also has similar dreams about making it big in the world of Hollywood. Two people from different backgrounds but with a strong connection to each other that Ashley isn't ready to admit. Throw in a new group of friends, a bit of planning, and a dash of jealousy into the mix and you've got Ashley and Connor's relationship in a big ol' bowl of denial soup!

This story will be in the point of view of the mother of the three masons . I don't remember her name so I'll just make one up and she lives though the apocalypse. There's a forbidden love in the book.

Kym lost all that she had in the invasion. She almost lost her life too. Her once perfect family was shattered and being with the 2nd Mass almost for three years has brought back some joy in her life, especially her best friend, Ben Mason. Like Ben, she too was trying to make sense of the world around her. She knows she has to move on despite how the world has become. This is the story of their friendship and how they find refuge in one another in this cruel world that they are now living.
