They have a pretty typical routine: school, after-school activities, and "be home by dinner." Sometimes a person comes along and shakes everything up, but is it really for the worst? Brandon Jacob didn't need anything or anyone. He was almost 17, which was, in his opinion, far too old to get adopted. No family was really going to want him, anyway. No one wanted the messed up kid from juvi. But when he somehow stumbles into the Adams-Foster household, his opinions on want, need, or otherwise get turned upside down. Basically me blabbering about my new favourite tv show in one shot form.

Sam Hanson had just recently been put into the foster system after her parents died in a freak accident. She is sent to live with the Adams Fosters down in San Diego. But how will Sam, an only child, adjust to life with five siblings, two moms, and never-ending drama?

What happened when Callie, Mariana, Stef and Lena left judge Wilson's house? There is some tension between the moms, will they be okay at the end or will they get a divorce?
