In this fictional tale, Joan Jett of The Runaways all girl teenage rock band gets in over her head again and takes some Halloween costumes from a photoshoot gone sour, just like last year. It's not stealing or illegal, Joan says, as her hotel keys dangle on her necklace by her swastika-embossed Iron Cross medal from 1945. Yeah, totally not illegal.
