Nevermind, Severus could never get used to the behavioural changes of the Marauders, ever.

Scared that if he gets too close he'll accidentally show the affection he held so dear for his husband. Its a idiot in love and a tired chemist who wishes his husband would try. So james makes it his personal mission to get severus snape in love with him again.

And only Severus Snape stood at the threshold to look at the aftermath. After the attack on the Potter household, james and harry are the only ones left. While grieving over his wife, James is offered a safe place by none other than his former arch nemesis who feels indebted to Lily's family.

Discontinued! . Severus Snape died. But he didn't. He appeared in his own younger body, before Hogwarts. Now he has to survive through it all again. But something is different. And that something changes everything. He will change the future, not only for others but also for himself. Perhaps Severus will learn to enjoy his life a little more, laugh more often, and possibly even find love on the way.

Severus Snape goes through an early (and very painful) creature inheritance, and has trouble finding his mate, or rather, coming to terms with who his mate is.
