Reyna and Jason have broken whatever they had between them. Jason thinks Reyna is in his past until he sees a ring on Reyna's hand. Reyna then announces she is planning to marry Larry, former centurion of the third cohort. And with Piper dead, Jason has never felt so alone. He knows he shouldn't but he thinks something unthinkable. He decides he has to stop the former praetor from getting married, and tell his feelings to his true love....

After everything Reyna has been through, she thought she and her sister could finally be at peace. But her fate has other ideas. Reyna and her new friends Jason, Gwen, and Octavian have to work together as an evil rises from Mount Tam that threatens the existence of the legion. This was originally supposed to be a Jeyna fic but I got carried away and now it's gonna be the roman prequels. It doesn't completely line up with canon, but I took some creative liberties. Hazel gasped as she whipped the flat of her spatha around the fat belly of a cyclops and pulled him towards her with surprising force. Golden ichor flowed out of his center as she kicked his back, forcing him into the sharpest point of the blade. The cyclopes roared as it dissolved into dust and returned to the depths of Tartarus. Hazel grabbed at her stomach and stumbled backward, her knees buckling. Several injuries had weakened her significantly and she felt her spirit urging her to return to the fields of Aspho- No. She had a present issue to concentrate on -winning the Battle of Mount Othrys. She felt a strong arm grab her from behind and lift her to her feet. Frank Zhang, smiled encouragingly and her heart melted. Starring into his dark eyes, she saw a green shape creeping up behind her and barely had time to duck before Frank shot a flaming arrow right over her into a slime-green dryad. "Come on." He gripped her small dainty hand in his large, clammy one. Hazel felt a small shock at seeing her dark skin next to his pale skin before quickly remembering that that was acceptable now. Frank patted her on the back, "Reyna is about to give orders."

Percy was still too far away to hear, to know what was happening, and likely he wouldn't care. Annabeth's breath caught in her throat and the crowd faded, the voices just white noise. There was only Percy, his hair shaggy and swept to the side, his mouth drawn up in his troublemaker smile. Her body ached to return to him, he was so close. But if she was right, that would be a deadly mistake. Annabeth turned back to Jason. "You sold us out didn't you." "There's only one way to end the schism, Annabeth," Jason said. His remaining eye gleamed. "The Greeks must be wiped out." Reyna raised her hand. "Seize them." "Jason!" Piper cried as two legionaries grabbed her arms. "How could you!" Annabeth grit her teeth but didn't struggle. They couldn't win this fight. And the worst part? She totally saw it coming. This is an au where Jason turns the Greeks over to the Romans instead of cooperating, and the resulting conflict ensues. Can the Greeks and Romans work together? Or will they both be torn apart in the end.
