If I could write a letter to a character from my current favorite anime, it would definitely be Lupin from Lupin the 3rd. Sure, I love all the main characters in that show, but Loops is my absolute favorite.

Being a bartender almost guarantees you meet a colorful cast of characters, but the monochrome jerk who just walked in is a bit much. If only he'd shown up just a little later, after you'd closed...
