After Japan's elimination from the 2018 FIFA World Cup, Anri Teieri prompted the Japanese Football Union to start a program scouting high school players who will begin training in preparation for the 2022 Cup. But in Satoshi Kimura's case, who was not a high schooler or played football in his life led a feared gang of vigilante delinquents called the Tokyo Manji Gang also known as the Toman whose goal was to bring control, peace, stability in the backstreets of Tokyo and wipe out any gangs that disobeyed these policies or harm his gang members by any means necessary. He was eventually scouted by Jinpachi Ego himself after hearing rumors about his street martial football where instead of using his feet for violence, he can use them to dominate the football pitches. After accepting this offer, he goes in with one objective in mind. To become the world's top striker through dominating football, for the world to kneel for his goals.
