After being badly abused by his uncle, a young boy finds himself in the Demon World and taken in by an owl-like couple who are demons and powerful rulers of several levels of the Demon World. Being trained in martial arts and spirit power, he'll join a punk ass delinquent named Yusuke Urameshi on his adventures, eventually meeting a hunk of a guy with a mane of red hair and an accent that would put a leprechaun to shame.
