Just watched Kpop Demon Hunters the day it came out and fell in love with it. Jinu and Rumi deserve it all, so I wrote the date that was cut from the story. Hope you enjoy!

(IM REWRITING THIS SHITSHOW ENDING) (This takes place after Jinu finds out about Rumi's patterns) After Jinu finds out about Rumi's patterns, he becomes determined to both find out how she can be both a hunter and a demon and find out how she can escape Gwi-ma's voice. Months after Huntr/x forged the Golden Honmoon, peace had seemingly returned. The demon energy was sealed, their fans were safe, and Rumi was finally free to live as herself, no longer hiding her demon heritage. Life, for the first time, felt whole. Safe. Hers. Until she began to hear a voice. A voice she knew all too well. Jinu's voice. But he was dead, wasn't he?

The space inside her room seemed to swallow her, her breaths came in quick succession, and her hands shook. What if? That's all it took to launch her into the depths of her now never ceasing mind. OR Rumi has a full-blown panic attack and kinda goes demon mode. It's okay because Zoey and Mira are by her side to make sure their Rumi is still here and okay.

The night following the defeating of Gwi-Ma-the night Jinu had sacrificed himself for Rumi- sent the lavender braided idol to her room with exhaustion pouring out of her. After the idol awards everything went dark. Jinu gave Rumi his soul and now she is struggling with guilt and grief captured within them. She can't escape. She blamed herself for his death and it was eating her alive. He is everywhere haunting her from the dead. He is in her soul. But bigger problems lay for the huntr/x girls. A new enemy has emerged. Fiery, dark. Nothing like they have learnt about. The girls are left alone, but Rumi needs Jinu more than ever to help defend the new villain and heal her broken soul.
