the summer was supposed to be about the pogues making new memories, but at the end the group is just in ruins, sarah and john b are dead, pope lost his scholarship and his best friend, kiara's relationship life goes from nothing to too much and jj's dad is an abusive drunk. jj and kiara are both numb after the summer's events, still feeling the consequences of all that happened- they need something new, something to make them feel something again. little did they know they're eachothers something. DISCLAIMER: this book is based off the series "outer banks" on netflix, created by jonas and josh pate along with shannon burke. the majority of characters are not my own, it is stated in the chapter "-prologue-" what characters are mine, and which are not. i do not own some storylines, but the book is set after the events of the first season of the show- so what you'll read here is my interpretation of the characters and plot, and where i find it'd be fun for it to go. this book is just for entertainment purposes and all rights belong to netlfix and the aforementioned creators :) enjoy.

This story takes place right after the season one finale. After the remaining Pogues heard the worst news ever. This story will mainly focus on JJ and Kiara.

I never thought the death of a character would hurt me as much as JJ's did. I'm so sad that Rudy couldn't stay professional and had to leave this beautiful project because his girlfriend doesn't get along with Maddison, and that the writers gave us a basic death cliché, even though they had other options. Plus, they didn't give us any truly good Jiara scenes, knowing JJ was going to die. (I refuse to believe JJ died-just no.) This is basically what I want season two to look like. Side note- I ran out of time to write a full Jiara story since OBX season two is THREE DAYS AWAY!!! So I definitely wanted this story to be longer than it was. However, I still like how it came out so I'm sharing it with you guys.

The pogues are devastated after the news envolving their beloved friend John B and their new friend Sarah. Those news have impacted the three of them in different ways, drifting them away from each other. However, some events bring them together and some of them, even closer than before. This story is focused on Jiara, but as I want to be the most realistic to the show as I can be, I'm going to focus on another characters too, like Pope.

JJ was a man from the wrong side of the town, he has a rough home life and a small group of friends who love him like family. What he doesn't know is that one loves him more than even thought possible.

If there was a missing scene after Pope and Kiara fought on the boat in the first season...
