the summer was supposed to be about the pogues making new memories, but at the end the group is just in ruins, sarah and john b are dead, pope lost his scholarship and his best friend, kiara's relationship life goes from nothing to too much and jj's dad is an abusive drunk. jj and kiara are both numb after the summer's events, still feeling the consequences of all that happened- they need something new, something to make them feel something again. little did they know they're eachothers something. DISCLAIMER: this book is based off the series "outer banks" on netflix, created by jonas and josh pate along with shannon burke. the majority of characters are not my own, it is stated in the chapter "-prologue-" what characters are mine, and which are not. i do not own some storylines, but the book is set after the events of the first season of the show- so what you'll read here is my interpretation of the characters and plot, and where i find it'd be fun for it to go. this book is just for entertainment purposes and all rights belong to netlfix and the aforementioned creators :) enjoy.

A JIARA LOVE STORY This book is after Sarah and JohnB go missing. A season two alternative. JJ and Kiara find that they are the only ones in the pogues left in outer banks after Pope leaves for his scholarship. May be a time jump . JJ needs Kie and she needs him. But will they find they are destined to be more than friends. ( this story is mostly about JJ and Kiara so there won't always be a lot of appearances from other characters) I do not own these characters Or the rights to any storyline close to the shows

This story takes place after season 2. As the mystery unfolds about John B's father, JJ and Kiara slowly develop feelings for each other. Each of them have their own struggles to overcome, can they help each other? Or is the timing all wrong.

Each chapter is a different missing scene

Betrayed. Alone. Kie slowly pulled her knees to her chest wrapping her hands tightly around her legs needing that feeling of a comforting warm embrace, leaning her head against the wall in which her bunk at kitty hawk stood. Or How kie felt before during and after JJ came to save her from Kitty Hawk.

I never thought the death of a character would hurt me as much as JJ's did. I'm so sad that Rudy couldn't stay professional and had to leave this beautiful project because his girlfriend doesn't get along with Maddison, and that the writers gave us a basic death cliché, even though they had other options. Plus, they didn't give us any truly good Jiara scenes, knowing JJ was going to die. (I refuse to believe JJ died-just no.) English isn't my first language, and I apologize for any grammatical mistakes. Hope you enjoy it ❤️ This story is uploaded on A03 too 💕
