Just a few years ago President Snow's Grand Daughter Celestia become of age to take over Panem, everything sense the has been chaos, let alone that the strictness in the district has doubled , she also said that the Hunger games are starting again and the first year being a quarter quell! And me and my friends all have our names in that glass ball.
