Marcus arrives at yet another job interview, bracing himself for disappointment. Surrounded by confident, well-dressed candidates who seem to glide effortlessly through life, he feels out of place and invisible. The room reeks of wealth, connections, and opportunity-things he doesn't have. As names are called and others move ahead, Marcus struggles to keep hope alive. Each rejection chips away at him, his certificates and hard work feeling meaningless. When the man in the suit finally announces that the company has found the candidate they were looking for, Marcus' frustration boils over. He pleads, begs, and clings to the man in desperation, but is met with cold dismissal and humiliation. By the end of the chapter, Marcus is left alone in the rain, shivering and soaked, facing the harsh reality of a world that seems indifferent to his effort, dreams, and suffering. This opening sets the tone for a story about resilience, societal injustice, and the emotional weight of repeated failure.

Elias Ward has conducted dozens of interviews in Interview Room 4. Most blur together - fresh graduates, polished résumés, rehearsed ambition. But when twenty-year-old Lyra Ansel walks in wearing a dated floral dress and an unsettlingly perfect smile, something shifts in the air. At first, it's subtle. A thought that doesn't feel like his own. A glance that lingers too long. A question answered before it's asked. As the interview unfolds, Elias begins to realize he is hearing Lyra's voice inside his mind - while his colleagues remain oblivious. Except for Sarah Thorne from HR, who isn't there for diversity training or compliance. She's hunting something. What follows is not a hiring decision, but a quiet confrontation between humanity and something vast, ancient, and patiently observing us. In a corporate world of performance reviews and dental plans, The Benefits Package explores what it means to be protected... and what it means to be noticed.

We all are fascinated about the world of computers and more so the type of programming language that we use to run our systems and applications. During the earlier days of programming or even till recently, COBOL was ruling the roost and we all know about the famous Y2K problem that has swept the world, eventually leading to the sudden spurt in the demand for COBOL programmers. However, the popularity of this language has faded and it was slowly replaced with other programming languages such as C, C++, Java, Visual C++, etc. However, with the advent of mobile technologies and Data Analytics, the importance of conventional programming languages is slowly taking a back seat in terms of the number of students or professionals opting for such languages. So, the next interesting question that comes to our mind is which is the fastest-growing language among all the languages in the current digital age? Is Java still ruling the roost or is it the .Net platform? Though Java might still be a dominating language in the software field, however, according to the analysis by the developer hub Stack Overflow, Python has emerged as the most popular programming language across the globe. More so, Python is now ranked fourth in TIOBE index (an index that ranks the popularity of the programming languages) for the first time. The index calculates the results, based on the findings from top search engines.
