This is an extract of a book i read at school called "Journey to Jo'burg". It is a book set during the apartheid. One day a girl named Naledi and her brother Tiro embark on a journey to find their mother so she can treat their sick sister. But they live about 300km from Jo'burg - which is where their mother works. They don't have any transport, so they have to walk. As i was reading this, i sat in the sun imagining how it felt in the scorching sun. It is not my best but it still feels like i am on the same tar road Naledi and Tiro walked on.
