An idea was proposed to the Government, asking to craft the super soldiers, nicknamed Titans, in order to win the war raging around them. The government agreed, so the scientists gifted 50 men and 50 women these individualised and powerful abilities. At the end of production, the government decided that the danger the Titans made was to great and they shut the program down. The soldiers were sent out into the world, forced into hiding and silenced.
