So this is a short story for my creative writing class in school. The assignment was to make a story kind of based on a music video. I had picked the video that goes along with Joe Brooks's "Superman" If you've never heard it, I really recommend him! He's a great singer and not well known at all, so give him a shot. Well...... enjoy!

Samantha Adkinson never thought she would ever like a guy for the longest time possible after getting her heart broken. After having a chat with the new kid in her class, Harrison Trene, everything changes. Harrison is a nerd and he hangs out with the "gamers" in the class he shares with Samantha. She's annoyed by him and his friends but as time passes by, Harrison's brains, collective manner, and attractiveness drives Samantha insane wondering whether or not she likes him. Rumors spread that Harrison might be leaving the school and Samantha isn't sure what she should do. Contemplating between thoughts of her liking Harrison or her curiosity getting the better of her, can she come up with an explanation for her feelings before it's too late to give at least one more goodbye?
