Okay so this fanfiction is a gender neutral ( Please let me know if I mess this up anywhere). Okay so anyways you worked in Joey Drew Studios. You worked in the music department and where the director for the band. You always held high expectations for each of the band members, and made sure to take care of the instruments. This is how you met him, Norman Polk the studios projectionist.

A young woman in her 20s named Camryn and her 7 year old niece named Melody spend quality time together while Melody's parents are on vacation for the week. The two of them take a walk outside until they spot an old ancient looking building by the name of Joey Drew Studios. When they both checked out what was inside, they come across an eerie presence right in front of their eyes. The Ink Demon. He has an interest in Melody, but will he hurt her? Or will he be friendly towards her? Read the story and find out! :) Sidenote: The story takes place in early June of 2025. It's also an alternate universe that takes place in the real world, so therefore, it's not canon to the Bendy games. Melody, Camryn, Josephine and Steve belong to me. You get a letter from Joey Drew, the creator of the show you'd been a fan of since you were a child, and in that letter it states how he would like you to visit the studio and possibly get a job there as a new animator. As a broke college student in desperate need of a job to make ends meet, you happily obliged to the letter. In hopes of meeting the man who taught you that dreams really do come true. Unfortunately, you're not getting that dream in a way you ever would've expected. Instead, you get that dream in the form of waking up to a pentagram room and a grinning demon.

Working at Joey Drew Studios is a thrill, but things are always kept hidden. Being the assistant of Joey Drew, I can take pride knowing that I've not worked here long and have discovered evidently more than people who've worked here for over 5 years. Not to mention the amount of secrets that I still don't know about.. The whole studio is like a black hole filled with mysteries just waiting to be solved! Working there is one thing - I don't even know half of the stories about this place. Now being trapped in this building, I've come to find out a lot more than you could ever imagine! This is a prequel to my Bendy and the Ink Machine story, Written in Ink. This during the time when Joey Drew Studios was still in business, before everything occurred. You'll get to learn the origins of some of the characters in my story, or at least their ancestors' origins, and how everything started to go downhill for the studio, including everyone inside. Well....almost everyone. (I do not own Bendy and the Ink Machine or its characters. I only own the ones I have created, which I will list later on here as the story progresses. What happens at the end of the story is what I believed happened to the studio and its workers)

You've met Joey before. But you never liked him, he seemed like a dangerous and sly person from a glance. Henry, your husband, gets a letter from his former and employer Joey asking him to come back to the old studio. You don't like this at all so you decide to go with Henry, but, it's not like you think. You follow him to the studio, sneaking...like a ninja. Once in the workshop you loose him in the many maze like corridors of the mysterious building, you give up on trying to find him again. Curiousity gets the best of you and you start wondering around. Jerry Sprintz was, at the time, the director of the animation department of Joey Drew Studios. Working under Joey Drew was certainly a challenge back in the 1930s. People wanted stuff to entertain them, so the studio gave them just that. But as time goes on, things start to fall apart not just due to the Great Depression. Things like horrible working conditions, bad business decisions, stress, and much more close down the Bendy cartoons and the old studio. But the cartoons themselves will live on in the hearts of the children who loved the Bendy cartoons. Characters ((Except Jerry Sprintz, who I created)) and Bendy and the Ink Machine is not mine, credits go to rightful developers of Bendy and thee Ink Machine.

Let's just say it out plain and simple, they're complete opposites. Kailtyn is kind, cheerful, a bit shy but bold and feisty at the same time. Sammy on the other hand is cranky, snappy, bad tempered and never seems to care about anyone or anything except his work. There was no way they could be together Or could they? Only time will tell.
