After last year's incident with the phone calls to Jennifer, and the girls coming to Regis, the boys feel like they have a chance of finding someone. Billy, Snuffy, Ricardo and Henry begin plotting their delinquent pranks as soon as they reunited after Summer, while Joey has his eye on a girl. Could this result in the separation of Joey and his friends? Will he take some ultimate sacrifices?
