This was all thanks to Mycroft of course, that was until they all forced them to get married. Married life for Faith was not what she'd imagined so she ran from Sherlock and there life. He was crushed and did some bad things to stop himself feeling again. This is the stuff that goes down when she decides to come back for a while.
