John lives his life on the computer. His friends all live hours away and are never even online anymore. Trolls and humans live together now, having a relatively okay time getting along with each other, he guesses. Life just- wasn't worth it anymore to John. To him, it feels like the days are dragging him along with them. Wake up, go to school, see if any friends are online, be lonely.. That's all there is to life now. He's on the edge of ending it when a new name, 'CarcinoGeneticist' pops up in his notification list.

Note: Humanstuck John and Karkat have been friends for years, but has it always been so black and white? Karkat's fears are confirmed when long time friend Kanaya tells him what it truly feels like to be in love. Soon things begin to muddle and grey areas skewed.
