John Laurens is a 1st year student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. His parents are muggles. He expects to be sorted into Hufflepuff when something he doesn't expect happens. Across the world from South Carolina, in the Caribbean, is a boy named Alexander Hamilton. He doesn't have parents, so he doesn't know whether they were muggles. He does know that his older cousin is a wizard. But when he got his letter, he was ecstatic.

Alex is the new kid, and his roomate, John introduces him to his gang, Laf, Herc, and of course, THE SCHUYLER SISTERS! But what will happen when Alex finds out he has a crush on his new roomate. DRAMA. MORE DRAMA. AND OF COURSE, LAMS!!!!!!

A normal afternoon at the library where John Laurens and Alexander Hamilton, both college's students, usually chilled when they had nothing else to do. It had been a few times, now, since they started meeting there to talk about random subjects. John grew to develop deep feelings towards Alexander, but couldn't seem to get if the young Hamilton liked him just as much as he did or not... This afternoon, John was determined. He wanted to find out. Therefore, he decided to try and flirt a little with his friend, seeing where it could lead...

Alexander Hamilton was bored of his life. His girlfriend left him, his best friends moved away, and college was boring. He needed something new. Something adventurous. So he called a hitman on himself. Little did he know, he would fall in love with the person who tried to brutally murder him behind Starbucks.

Ok, so this is my first piece and I really hope you guys like it. The first few chapters aren't amazing, but it gets pretty good in my opinion. Thanks for reading! -Katie

On the outside, John Laurens and Alexander Hamilton seem to have come from two drastically different worlds. Ones a slightly-spoiled, triple-sport-allstar, who can't keep anything in his pants. And the other is a foreign, adopted, brainiac who keeps to himself and doesn't like people. But on the inside, the two are much more similar than most would think.

John Laurens thought this would be just another school project- just another quick paper to work on with a partner from one of the other high schools in the district... except it didn't go that way... (Not my cover art)

I only own the cover art for this piece, the characters were actual people, and Hamilton is owned by Lin-Manuel Miranda. So, I noticed a huge lack of Hamilton middle school aus on Wattpad, so I made one. There will be shipping. Ships included are: Lams Mullette Jeffmads And others that I haven't decided on. I have sprinkled in characters from other musicals, because crossovers.

modern day LAMS fanfic college this sucks. Discontinued but I did make another lams book that is a lot better. Still bad, just not as bad.
