Sherlock and his dear Watson have became quite close over the years. Recently, John has caught himself taking glances at the detective for a split second too long. Meanwhile, Sherlock has been noticing. John's dilated pupils, increased heart rate, and sudden need to be with the Detective quite more than usual. Sherlock feels something he hasn't ever before. His brain is deceiving him, he simply cannot deduct the feelings he has towards John. He's noticed in himself, as well, a rapid heart beat and dilated pupils. He simply refuses to believe that he is in love with John Watson.
