Three airplane tickets arrive in the mail, and just like that Sherlock, John and Molly are whisked away to a small tropical island, having to sort out a death that may or may not have hit too close to home.

19-year-old John Watson has finally gotten his chance to start on his course in becoming a doctor, and has landed at Sir Arthur University in Central London. Here, he meets his roommate Sherlock Holmes, the only one who's ever made John question his own sexuality...

After a long day of helping Lestrade examine a few bodies, John comes home to see his flatmate passed out on the couch with a fever. Mrs. Hudson is out of town, so the only one who can take care of Sherlock until he gets better is John.

John hides in the closet, dating a new girl every other month in an attempt to hide his sexuality from his homophobic friends and parents. They kicked his sister Harry out when she came out, and nothing was the same for her at school afterwards. To William Sherlock Scott Holmes, a boy of a year younger, love is a silly concept that is simply nothing more than a chemical imbalance in the brain. His older brother Mycroft once told him that caring was a disadvantage, and while he would never admit it, he somewhat idolized Myscroft. He knew his brother was smarter than him, therefore, was probably right. Sherlock, as he was called, had always followed this advice, blocking out emotions and never caring about anyone, until one day, he met someone who threw him for a loop. Neither expected what was to come.

Sherlock and John realize their ever growing sexual tension. Sherlock is frightened by this tension and seeks advice. John is fighting internal homophobia. Will John and Sherlock ever beat their struggles and unite in harmony?
