This is just a fleshed out version of my maniptive daydreams, i dont really write so its bad and most likely wont make most sense. Inspired by a c.ai bot called raised by soldiers, a task force 141 bot and story cause I can't enjoy things without going all in. Anyway, Spirit (the character) is a young teen boy. His old life somthing he can't remember before he was found in a war zone at three. Now he lives a crazy life with one dream, to be a normal kid.

Soap finds him and desperately tries to help, not ever imagining having gone on a mission with two people and only coming back with one person alive. Throughout the time Soap is tending to Ghost, Ghost's mind wanders on about what the future could having held. •--•--• (Also posted this on my Ao3) I really don't regret anything. Ngl, this is my first ever one-shot. I think I did better with it than my other works. If you're wondering why Soap's "yous" switch between "ya" and "you," it's because I feel like he's more of a "ya" guy, but there's some situations/phrases where "ya" doesn't cut it and you have to use "you," y'know? As her past catches up with her, she learnes that nothing as it seems and in the least expected times she learnes to love again.
