Hello everyone! This is my Johnny Cade x y/n fanfiction. Just a little heads up, this story doesn't take place during the time that The Outsiders does. It's kind of like an AU where Johnny and Dally didn't die, but all the other events happened. We'll say this is like, 6 months after. Also, I know that S. E. Hinton wrote a few books that take place after and have Outsiders characters in them, but I haven't read those in a hot minute so this won't be consistent with those books. Sorry! I hope you enjoy!

The Outsiders has been my biggest muse ever since I can remember. But the people I meet on Instagram are just so toxic and really ruin the fandom for me. Living in a small town in Oklahoma isn't easy. There's the constant feuds with the Greasers and the Socs (Soashes) , and many other troubles. I'm a pretty good student, and don't dress real fancy or trashy. The thing about this town is that you're either a Soc, or a Greaser. But I think I might be somewhere in-between. One day, this boy just walked into my life and turned my whole world upside-down before I could even catch up to reality. I soon learned that some heroes don't wear capes... Some heroes wear denim jackets and hair grease.This is the story of how it all happened. - Hey, guys! I've started another story. I've been wanting to do something with The Outsiders for a while now. THIS BELONGS TO S.E HINTON basically a retelling of the outsiders but y/n kinda takes the place of ponyboy and its a johnny cade x reader Y/N's pov, but sometimes johnny's. maybe every two chapters or so i pray my friends dont find this what i mean by y/n taking the place of ponyboy is y/n is the one thats which johnny the whole time. Ponyboy is still a character and still has all his personality like being smart and likkng books and movies. i dont mean the y/n is literally ponyboy just with a different name. TRANS JOHNNY HEADCANNON but its not a big plot in the story only mentioned a couple times dont expect this to be good also i try to use the slang they use in the book/movie but its not good pretty self indulgent aiming for at least 1000 words a chapter (AT LEAST) I DONT OWN THE OUTSIDERS I DONT I DONT NOPE THIS ISNT MINe i really hope this doesn't count as copyrigjt infringement dont sue me S.E Hinton please

Johnny Cade X reader. you are the 4th Curtis sibling, a bit older than pony. You have dirty blonde hair(sorry!) and your eyes are brown, but have blue and gold streaks. You aren't shy, but not too extraverted either. (I don't own any of these characters except for vanilla)

The Outsiders is amazing! and the best part? they are all soooooooooo hot! i personally think the hottest are darry and johnny, and then two bit. steve and soda are pretty cute, pony as well, and dally is cute (i'm not really personally a dally fan). anyways, this is just a bunch of oneshots involving the characters and stuff. Requests are open, but I will NOT do any lemons or NSFW or anything like that, or your request will not be accepted! This is basically The Outsiders movie but with you inserted into it. You're a cheery but tuff looking greaser girl who's close with the gang. For years the gang has teased you and Johnny about being together and you always refused not knowing of a possible crush you had on him. But when Johnny fatally stabs a Socs and you have to go into hiding you might have to realize that you feel some type of way about him before it's too late. The Outsiders is not my book nor movie, I'm just using the inspiration from both to write this novel! The lines that come from the movie and the book in this novel belong to S.E Hinton!

Diana, a long time friend of the gang starts to catch feelings for the dark haired shy boy or is it the other way around? How does Diana get out of her situation and what happens after the twist?
