12/18/98 --- Numbers that mean so much and so little at the same time, that was the day it started. The cheating the lying.. all behind my back as I was with my family in Greece. That was then, this is now. -> 5/12/99 You are a freshly cheated on woman in her early 20's starting her career as a screenwriter and novelist. Leap frogging and piggybacking off of celebrities to get my name known is what your weekends were. That was when you meet Vanessa Paradis during a party, you didn't like her at first but she very much liked you. So did her boyfriend-- (OKAY JUST SAYING GUYIS WE ALL KNOW WHATS GONNA HAPPEN)

A girl fresh to London, she was. Came by and found a way into our lives. I thought that finally, finally, I might be able to have Benjamin-Mr. Todd, maybe he could be mine. I was wrong. She came in and swooped by. It was a normal day like any other, well, as normal as life can be with Mr. Todd. She came into my shop, said her name was (Y/N), (Y/N) (L/N). Probably about 5'7" or so, way taller than me either way. Her beautiful (H/L) (HC) hair flowed sweetly down her head, a few pieces laying over the side of her face. She looked innocent, she did, I wasn't right at all. Something about her eyes that shone in the sunlight through the dirty windows gave off a comforting yet unsettling look. It was uncomfortable, yet an oddly attractive trait. I thought of her as just a customer, apparently, she needed to see Mr. Todd, not much of a real threat. Well she saw Mr. Todd alright, She ended up seeing something she shouldn't have, but there was no way to tell just by looking at her. She didn't seem upset, not even in the slightest. If only I could have cut it off early. How was I to know she was Lucy's old friend?

Mort Rainey gained a lot of reputation in his hometown Tashmore. Good and bad. His wife cheated on him, he lost his house and inspiration to write. Still in the middle of his heated divorce, a young woman roams around town, asking more and more people questions about the author living far in the forest behind Tashmore lake. Ones that let her look just a little too nosy. Rainey turns to take action. And kidnaps her. (Violent content, mental health problems included, trigger warning for gore and future sexual content.) Readers discretion is advised. SLOW BURN FANFICTION. Note: This Mort fic has a slightly altered Mort. I am trying to stay true to the canon depiction of him as much as I can, but for the sake of the fic I did in some places have to alter his behaviour in small bits here and there. In short term, I cranked up the darker, more serious parts of this story. :)

This was the first book I ever wrote and I'm glad you've come to read it along with many others, speaking of them, welcome back! After a long time of waiting and with the absolutely amazing help from a dear friend, I've finally managed to recover the story and am going to restore it to its former glory as quickly and efficiently as possible. For some strange reason that I was never informed of, this book was mysteriously deleted and I was left to wonder why, but I do however have a small hunch that it may have had to do with a *Huge* misunderstanding that I had in the past with a few people. So I'm here now to let everyone know that this book does not, nor will it ever, have *anything* to do with an actual relationship romance-wise towards the reader and Willy Wonka, it is simply a cute story where the lovable Willy Wonka becomes a father, nothing more. And if I see anyone else talking about this sort of stupid accusation, don't be surprised if I get a little upset and tell you to actually *read the description*, because the last thing I need is something ridiculous like that happening again. But for those that know better and love this story as much as I do, I hope you can forgive me for the wait! ;) So, without further ado, for those that've read this story before, go on and relive the adorable little adventure, and for those that are new, I hope you enjoy it! Aye, even if it turns into an utter cringe fest, I think it would be interesting to see a community gather like that!
