Synopsis: Paramedics John Gage and Roy DeSoto are at it again, saving people's lives. In this story, the men save a young girl from an accident and John and Roy develop feelings for the young girl to try and save her. Will John and Roy along with the Rampart gang with new doctor, Dr. Jane Harrison be able to save her?

He is a complete mess, not knowing what to do but give her the space she is asking for, but he knows she hasn't told him the whole truth about what really happened those two weeks she was held in captivity. But from what he has been told about what she went through, his heart breaks for his one true love and the other half of him, wants to kill those who hurt her. Tracie decides not to go home to Los Angeles taking her daughters with her back to New York, she knows this will break John's heart but she doesn't feel like she deserves his love and she needs to get her head straight. Can their love prevail or is this the end for them.
