But what happens as they grow up and the lies, and truths unravel within the Sinclair family. Will this summer mean anything and bring them together? Or will it just tear family ties and relationships apart?!

It is truly, a bad time and place to fall in love. Every summer has rules. Some are spoken, some are inherited. Some feel unbreakable-- until the aren't.
