Life has a funny way of building up and changing people. That's when they begin to try and escape reality. Different ways creating different paths which might meet at some point. However, roads are just that, and there's always the tempting choice to go backwards and be what we used to be.

Hayley and John were the perfect couple in high school until Hayley's mom got a promotion during the end of their senior year and forced Hayley to move to the other side of the country with her. She promised to keep in touch with John, but she changed her mind when she found out she's pregnant with his child because she didn't want to ruin his dream of being in a band. Years later, the two meet and fall in love all over again. But will John want the responsibilities of being a father and more importantly, can he make up for all the lost time? Or will everything go completely wrong?

It's the day Dallon's on food sampling duty at the supermarket. It's probably the easiest job for him to get paid for. Just offer some cubes of cheese with a toothpick and smile. It's really easy, simple and fun. But the one time things were odd was when this guy keeps coming back, taking samples from him probably for the 7th time. ...Oh, look. He's coming back. Five guys. One Arizona Emo Group. This is a collection of one-shots about a band called The Maine. Read on :-) Disclaimer: I do not own the band The Maine or anyone affiliated with it. I do, however, own my OC. Her name is Maeve and she is the OC I will be using in all of these one-shots. I'll try not to give too much description of her for those of you who like to imagine yourself in place of a character (Because I refuse to put "y/n" in my stories. Sorry not sorry 'bout it.)

Melissa (Liz) is on a trip to see her favorite band, The Maine, play a show. Little did she know she would've experienced things she was always scared to feel.

Lisztomania (n.) The need to listen to music all the time. Not everything is what it seems. That's what John O'Callaghan's discovers after meeting Phoebe Santana, a music producer that seems to be more than just another music geek.

Jenn McFrankins was just a lead singer of a band until they went on tour with The Maine and John O'Callaghan slipped into her world.

It's no secret that Emery Vandebilt and John O'Callaghan aren't friends. Anyone can see that when they're at each other's throats in the halls with their "banter". John ridicules Emery's southern accent while Emery calls John every bad name known to man.
