As a deputy in the Hope County Police, he is ready and willing to lay down his life to save his home. When he, his Best friend, and squad mates, along with the US Marshall are sent to arrest the leader of Eden's gate, chaos begins as the Cult rises up to take back their Prophet. The county is driven into a civil war between Cult, and Resistance. This is a Far Cry 5 fan fic written for fun, because the story was intriguing and I found it really fun to play---also the voice actor for John Seed is handsome lol *shrugs*|| One woman is daring to bet everything she has in order to save Hope County against the Seed brothers psychotic ways. What she doesn't expect to discover is how broken and lost they actually are---especially John Seed. Hailing from a small town in Louisiana, it's going to take her some time to fully acclimate to the new environment and living on her own. Developing friendships takes time even for the most functional of people and for disasters like Dahlia it takes even longer. She gets along with her coworkers and there's some religious family who's taken a shine to her, for some reason. It seems like she's on her way to getting the kind of friends she's only ever dreamed about, even if it's going to take some more time. Then everything goes to shit. Halfway through her six-month probationary hire and that nice religious family has kicked off a holy war with her becoming enemy number one. To one side she's a hero. To the other she's a monster. She's not sure which is right.
