(Spoilers for Haikyuu S2) That game against Karasuno was the last game for Seijoh's third-years. Losing the match meant the end of their journey in Aoba Johsei Volleyball Club. Oikawa dreaded this day to come because, for him, he will be losing two of his most cherished things in life - volleyball and Iwa-chan. He knew that after the match, he and Iwaizumi will soon part ways, going to different colleges and pursuing activities beyond volleyball. As soon as the whistle blew, signalling the end of the match, reality hit him hard. Losing the match was equivalent to losing Iwa-chan, losing volleyball and losing the chance to lead his team in the nationals. Oikawa Tooru - team captain of Seijoh's VBC, Miyagi's ace setter and Iwaizumi's best friend - he has been juggling these roles at once, but is he really holding it well? "Winning isn't everything, it's just that losing really sucks."
