This novel is recommended PG-13! Born without emotions, Emmaly had worried her parents that something was wrong with her. But all it took was meeting her two older brothers, Ben and Jin, for her emotions to be unlocked and become a normal child. Having so much love for their little sister, the two brothers always went above and beyond to give her the best birthday gifts. The Langit family was never involved with pokémon, but when Emmaly showed great love and interest in the pokémon Lucario, Ben and Jin absolutely had to find a Riolu for their little sister. It proved very difficult when they traveled to the Sinnoh region, however, as the Lucario species was in such high demand that hardly anyone could obtain one anymore. Feeling defeated and ready to go home, they are met with the legendary pokémon Arcues. The god of pokémon could sense their love and despair and gifted them with a fully developed egg. On her fifth birthday, Ben and Jin happily gave her the pokémon egg. The egg had hatched immediately into a Riolu, and Emmaly and Riolu loved each other at once. Peace would not last forever as the Langit family got invaded. Emmaly and her parents were forced to retreat as the two brothers held the invaders off. They were never seen again after that. At age thirteen, Emmaly takes Riolu and runs away from home to start her own journey. Join Emmaly, Riolu, and their new friend Maxx on their journey as they meet all kinds of pokémon, fight all sorts of battles, and search for clues to find out what happened to her favorite older brothers.

Dear Diary, Sometimes, chasing dreams causes people to do some crazy things. The chase for knowledge can lead to another chase, then another, then another. Sometimes, you just have to know when to give up, or risk losing it all. The end result is sometimes worth it, that is, until you realize you're still missing puzzle pieces. No matter how fast you run, how clever you are, or how hard you believe in yourself, the finish line will always slip away. It leaves you crushed and beaten; forcing you to go home with your tail between your legs. At least, that's how most people feel. But, I am not most people. Gold is Johto Champion, trainer of the legendary Pokemon Lugia, and holds all eight Kanto Gym Badges. He's just been given clearance to travel to Mt. Silver, the most dangerous place on earth, and he's excited to train his Pokemon, capture new ones, and possibly even meet and battle the legendary Kanto Champion Red, who is said to wait for challengers at the mountain's peak. However, right before he leaves, his best friend Silver goes missing, and as soon as he arrives, he runs into Lance, the Dragon Tamer, a former Champion with bad news: Team Rocket is back, again. Regional Champions from Hoenn, Sinnoh, and Unova are coming to Mt. Silver to help put an end to the madness once and for all. But will they succeed? They find a lot of things they weren't expecting, even from the most dangerous place on earth. I DO NOT OWN POKEMON. IF I DID TREVOR WOULD BE GAY IN CANON. i also don't own the cover images, i just edited them and made them look worse. i do own the (incredibly crappy) plot and any OCs. this story is a complete trainwreck that i am attempting to salvage (rewriting). i will probably post one chapter a week, unless i feel like people aren't reading it, in which case i will have vote/comment requirements. a lot of things will be different. some people who died in the first version might not die in this one, and some ships that you guys really liked might actually happen. no spoilers, though.
