Set a week after the season 21 finale of Grey's, Jo Wilson and Atticus "Link" Lincoln are content and expecting twin girls. After experiencing quite severe complications in her pregnancy only a month prior, Jo is finally recovering and her pregnancy is going smoothly. That is, until, a major OB emergency enters Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital; Jo is forced to work harder than ever before, and her body is pushed to its limits, taking a major toll on the safety and health on both Jo and her pregnancy. The fate of her and her babies falls into jeopardy, and it's unclear whether things will be okay this time.
