After the night Meg and Jo come back from the ball with Laurie she starts to develop a little crush on him, though never wanting to admit it to herself. --- I had this idea while being bored on a car ride and thought if i did make it why not make it a character x reader, and so that is how this was created This is based off of the 2019 movie Little Women. I do not own any of the characters except for Y/N and some other small characters. All credits to the original story go to Lousia May Alcott and Greta Gerwig.

These are drabbles that I have written for the entertainment of Little Women readers, specifically aimed for the JoxLaurie shippers. I apologize if I am not that creative at writing yet – I am just a beginner. I will continuously add more drabbles to this, so, to help me, please give me ideas through commenting! :)

Little Men is the sequel to Little Women. Louisa May Alcott always seemed to have griefed that she didn't have children of her own, which is something she gave to Jo. Both Jo and Friedrich love children and they love being parents. The 19th century was a time when childhood for the first time became something that people started to appreciate as something important and valuable.

Laurie was miserable. Jo, the woman he loved, rejected his marriage proposal. He has no idea what to do with his life. Going through women faster than he can go through Europe was a sentence he never thought he could even say. After finally having his senses knocked into him by Amy March, he walks out of the ball and finds a strange woman sitting in the garden, painting. At night. Laurie then finds himself conversing with this strange woman. Laurie and Jo's relationship was complicated but was always platonic. That is, until Laurie went out of his way and confessed his love to Jo, who turned him down of course. They went on as Little Women reads, but what if it was different? If Jo did indeed have feelings toward him, just didn't know how to express it?

Angélique: angel, angel-like, or angelic. As the Civil War rages on in the early 1860s, three unlikely neighbors meet. A wealthy boy named Theodore Laurence and two poor twin girls named Jo March and Abigail March became best friends. Laurie also gets close with the girls' other sisters. As they grow up together, Laurie falls for one of the twins, but she turns him down. What will happen when the other twin falls for the Laurence boy? (I'm not the best at descriptions so read on to find out what happens. Also, this is going to be based off of the book and the 1994 movie adaptation of Little Women.)
