Brianna, or Brie as she prefers to be called, has been locked in Arkham Asylum for 4 years since she was 14. She may closing in on be 18 but her mind stopped aging around 4 to 6 years old. Different people have tried to figure out why her brain is like this. Her parents don't want her back until they have a daughter who acts close to her own age. Another psychologist has given up on trying to cure her. Now they have passed her off to Doctor Jonathan Crane in hopes that maybe he can help her more than anyone else has. Doctor Crane has different plans with the young girl who acts younger than she is. There is no set time line for this story. Cillian Murphy is representing Jonathan. Joker is still just Jerome and Edward is still seen as Cory Michael Smith. Warning if anything happens between Jonathan and Brie remember that Jonathan is 27 and Brie is 18

For years Gotham has been a juggernaut. Eaten away by a corrupt network involving almost all the city's officials and even the rich elites. But when a mysterious killer targets all of them and carries out a series of sadistic and treacherous attacks, Batman's detective skills are called upon. It's time not only to unmask and stop a killer, but also to finally bring to justice all those who abuse their power in Gotham.

Jonathan Crane gets bored and, as one does in Gotham, becomes a psych professor. Somehow, no one stops him. The students love him. The staff avoid him. And no one quite remembers rehiring him in the first place. Tim Drake is stationed at Gotham University under the guise of "monitoring" him. He's expecting horror. He finds... a surprisingly good syllabus, a strange sense of calm, and a friend group that doesn't know what a vigilante is. Crane, for his part, knows exactly who Tim is. He doesn't care, he just wants to teach. And maybe terrify a few freshmen along the way. Or: No one knows who rehired Professor Crane, but panic attacks come with bonus points and Tim's never been happier.

They start talking and she admits that she misses him and being able to see him everyday and to her surprise he feels the same but his new girlfriend (amy) isn't fond of him talking to his ex wife and tries to come between them. But Jonathan has other plans and is determined to fix your marriage after all....hes already loved you once.

It's a light form of shipping these two. It's mostly just a description of how I think the both of them met and how their 'friendship' would've formed throughout the years until s4 of Gotham.
