Dear Kat Nikko, I hate myself, I hate myself for being weak, I hate myself for being naive, I hate myself for being stupid, I hate myself for ignoring the signs, I hate myself for not hating him, I hate myself for still loving him, I hate all these feelings. My therapist said it will be good to have a journal to write down everything that goes on in my head ,but I think it's so stupid it doesn't matter what I write I still hate myself.
