Y/N just moved to the Outer Banks with her aunt after her mother's death, she's never been there only few weeks at summer but never got along with no one. So this was a completely restart for her. Who would say that she was gonna fall in love with the most unexpected person, although that wasn't the only thing she would go through also break ups, friendships, drama, parties, everything that can happen in summer. ---- So for this story I'm not gonna follow the things that happens in the series, I'll add something's important to it but not everything!! I'm also not completely sure about what's gonna be in the story but I can say that there will a bit of everything <3

Dakota Berry is the new girl to Outer Banks of North Carolina. The 16-year-old is also new to the whole Pogues versus Kooks world. When she arrives, because of her rich status she is immediately placed as a Kook, catching the eye of Mr. Kook king himself, Topper. However, Dakota has her eyes set on a different set of people. The Pogues, or how they are described in other stories-the outsiders. JJ, Kiara, and Pope; a group of friends with strong minds. Dakota is immediately drawn to their living free lifestyle and what they stand for. Little do they know; Dakota already knows about them. Now Dakota must figure out how to gain trust from the three Pogues as she has important information about two of their friends-since she is from Nassau, Bahamas. Let's hope she doesn't fall for one of the Pogues while doing so.

It was a known fact that JJ hasn't ever felt love. He didn't know how it felt to be loved or to love someone so much that he'd do anything for them. Of course, he loved his friends and was so grateful to have them; they were his family after all, but he didn't know how it felt to be truly loved by someone. A love he only believed to exist in movies. He denied its existence in the real life. Y/n is not the kind of person who easily makes friends, she would rather keep the few friends she has close and be there for them whenever they need her. That's what she does: she's there for everyone- at anytime. What happens when she realizes that she's in love with the person she's known for the longest time. The boy with blond, messy hair, eyes she could get lost in and a past that scares her. She's sure that he is the strongest one from her group of friends, because she wouldn't still be here if she had been the one that had to endure everything he went through. --- "I wish i could explain his eyes and how the sound of his voice gives me butterflies. L'une rêve de liberté, l'autre d'honnêteté, l'un d'amour et le dernier et bien d'être celui qu'il est. Ces amis, liés par l'effort du temps, devront apprendre ensemble à grandir.
