It made him seem older. She preferred calling him by a nickname just as he never used her name either. Everything was simple and clear then, but as she grows older, things start to change. He isn't of any authority to her anymore, she's not a child. As he begins to notice that, their sibling-like friendship stops making any sense. Does she still need him to look out for her?
