Saturday mornings were never special, until Lizzie starts dating Jonny Goodman and goes to Friday Night Dinner. Saturday mornings which were once for hangovers and the walk of shame, have now become lounging in bed with the love of her life and turning her phone on silent so his family doesn't update her on the consequences of going over for some Crimble crumble. Every week is guaranteed to be a shit show, but Lizzie thinks she might just fit in with Jonny's insne family. This book basically is what it says on the tin - a Friday Night Dinner fanfic.

(Under serious editing, some atrocious spelling mistakes and grammar errors!!!) Three years prior to this story, Victoria 'Tori' Bell moves in with her strange and unusual uncle Jim, in order to be closer to her Job. Tori soon met the Goodman's, the nice Jewish family that live a few doors down from her and her uncle, that are quite often visited by Jim, for some weird reason of another. Johnny quickly fell for the girl, she was not what would be expected from Jim's family, but Tori was, in some sense of the word, normal.

Friday Night at the Goodmans never went smoothly that was until Olivia arrived and they went from bad to worse. Olivia, Jonny and Adam were childhood friends, being the daughter of Jackie's best friend Val, but having not seen Adam and Jonny since they were kids have things changed? and will Friday Night Dinner ever run smoothly?

Sienna Lewis aka Auntie Val's daughter has grown up with the Goodmans her whole life. Baby pictures, bath times (as her mum loves to remind her), birthdays and holidays. She's practically part of the family. They were there when she lost her first tooth, got her first period, her first boyfriend and heartbreak. Being the same age as Jonny, they were definitely the closest. Being best friends with him is great. They went to sixth form and uni together, practically joined at the hip. There are no secrets between them. Well basically no secrets. Jonny doesn't tell her about the bug infestation in his flat so she still visits him and Sienna doesn't tell him how she thinks she's falling in love with him. Easy right? She loves a Friday night dinner with the Goodmans, each one more unpredictable than the last. But what happens when her feelings for Jonny grow stronger? Will Jonny ever feel the same? (yes he will) Will they ever actually get together? (oh absolutely) Join me on this journey of a slowburn friends to lovers romance between two childhood best friends and their very annoying families.
