Winter has come, and yet the war for the throne still rages on as violently as ever, as unlikely alliances are made, and others broken. The Queen Beyond the Sea had disappeared from her seat of power, the Night's Watch has lost its Lord Commander, sightings of dragons in the mountains have the townsfolk in a state of unrest and rumours of the King in the North surviving the Red Wedding has begun to take root in the North.
