Cirque de la Foudre - Circus of Lightning. The name was given to it after its random appearances, usually following a thunder storm. Ringmaster Johnny Cage is proud of his circus, none are what society would deem "normal"- then again, what kind of circus is normal? One would think weird would be normal here.
