Myungsoo sendiri adalah seorang anak penderita kardiomiopati atau lemah jantung. dan Myungsoo adalah tetangga baru Joohyun yang juga kakaknya adalah seorang penulis buku favorit Joohyun. Hal itu membuat Joohyun dan Myungsoo menjadi dekat. Namun kedekatan Joohyun dan Myungsoo membuat tidak menyukai Myungsoo, dan Myungsoo pun menyadari jika ia menyuakai Joohyun. Suho pun tampaknya menyadari perasaan Myungsoo pada Joohyun, sampai suatu hari saat penyakit Myungsoo kambuh, Joohyun tampak sangat khawatir dengan keadaan Myungsoo hingga membuatnya panik dan menangis. Hal itu membuat Suho cemburu. dan Suho tak bisa mempertahankan hubungannya dengan Joohyun terlalu lama. Bukan karena alasan bahwa Joohyun tampak menaruh perhatian pada Myungsoo namun ada hal lain yang membuat Suho harus meninggalkan orang yang ia sangat cintai tersebut ini adalah story yang ku buat sejak aku SMA, bukan first story tapi lebih ke story yg kupublis pertama kali. namun kali ini aku remake dari original story "Can You Cry For Me" jadi yang lebih simple "Cry With The Cloud"
