Have you ever had to leave everything you've ever loved behind? Scott is moving away from his town and his friends. It's not for long, and he'll be back before the next school year is over, but he has to spend the next summer and two months of the year in a place he's never been before. Scott misses Lizzie, Joel, Katherine, Shelby, and Gem a lot. But more than anything else, he misses Jimmy. The two have been inseparable since kindergarten, and maybe Scott has a little bit of a crush on him. But what he doesn't know is that everything will be worse once he gets home.

In the sprawling supercontinent of Permea, twelve empires thrive, unaware of the danger lurking in the ground beneath their feet. As tensions rise, hostilities rearing their heads, the emperors being to search for answers. Friend, foe, lover, family. All of these relations must be tested, now more than ever. In the event of a catastrophe, will their alliances hold? Will they discover the traitors among them? Or will these kingdoms, their homes, be swallowed by the waters of anarchy before they can blink? ---- (I do not own any of the empires, emperors, or other ESMP related things. I have mostly rewritten the storyline, and included several of my own characters.)

Every so often, the shadow or silhouette of a horned man appears, frightening children and adults alike. What legends is it part of? Meanwhile, across the empires themselves, the sweet flower of affection raises her petals to the sky as sibling love, romance and parental adoration spreads around the lands. But will these affections harbour tyranny? Or will they halt fear and treachery in their paths? With this new turn of events, the emperors can't tell who to trust. Anyone could be a traitor: A close friend, sibling, lover- and everyone is on edge. Will they be able to find the turncoats among them? Or will everything they've worked for be lost to time?

!!!!this story is not going to be finished, I'm sorry!!!! this is a empires smp season 1 high school au (it will also have some other YouTubers like ones from the life smp series maybe some others) and I know a lot of people have made these but I wanted to. A few weeks after the incident that happened in the final, Scott is still be greaving over his boyfriend's death, Xornoth is getting better(evil kill this person or else thing that he does in the other one), but still kinda plays the grim reaper role, but after a few months of Scott crying, his mental state started to get worse and worse. It got to the point where Xornoth was having to force him to get up, get dressed, shower, eat ect. Meanwhile, Gem has been trying to find a way to bring Jimmy back, even if it's just his ghost. She soon finds a way to bring him back, and decides to surprise Scott with his boyfriend's ghost, but things don't exactly go to according to plan. Sure Jimmy would come back the same as he was before he died, but the only issue is that in order to bring him back, she would have to sacrifice someone else. No one wants to be the sacrifice of course, but Scott is demanding that someone sacrifices themselves for Jimmy, but after many no's, Scott decides to tell Gem to not do the spell, and that he could live without Jimmy, or so they thought. Since the talk with Gem, no one had seen Scott, or even heard from him. A few weeks roll around and Xornoth decides to go check up on his brother, only to find him dead.....

Scott- the famous villain, kidnaps a hero thinking someone will come for him. But after many long nights of hearing cries of the hero he figured out nobody would come for him. Scott never knew trying to kill his brother would mean killing himself. Hurting his brother would mean he is hurting himself. When Scott is about to end all the pain and suffering an overwhelming sadness gets the better of him. Fwhip gets there ends the life of Xornoth, but does not realize ending ones life will lead to another lost.
