Two polar opposites meet when Josephine is slowly starting to rebuild her life in another country, London.

Josephine "Jo" O'Hara is the daughter of Scottsman Craig O'Hara and the lovely Brianna O'Hara. She grew up hating frilly dresses, opting for swords and sport instead. She spent her childhood following her brother's footsteps, learning everything a young man needed to learn to one day become an honorable sailor. She would have been among the best sailors, if it weren't for her gender. Being the apple of her father's eye, he allowed her to train and wield a sword so long as she made her mother happy by learning dance and keeping up with her needlepoint. Needless to say, Jo was obsessed with the sea. All she wanted to do was sail. She was immensely proud of her brother when he first sailed out, but on his way back trouble struck. A fight broke out when a pirate ship intercepted his return, and Jo was determined to help. Instead she got herself kidnapped by the dangerous Captain Leonardo Del Toro, who's eye glinted dangerously the minute he spotted Jo.
