and i saw a black horse... I do not own Far Cry 5 or any Ubisoft rights. This is purely a work of fan-fiction, And is not lore to the game. Far Cry 5 is based off a fictional world. The setting is real, but any resemblance to any character to real life is purely chance. I depict John Seed in a more cynical and moody way, unlike the true John Seed who is impulsive and finicky. I have completed the Far Cry 5 Nuclear Ending, so I will be leading up to some event in the future. The only characters that are not part of the game are the main character (Iris Rey) and a few backdrop character to improve plot. I do depict favored characters (ex: Jacob Seed, Joseph Seed, Deputy Pratt, Deputy Hudson, Sheriff Whitehorse, The Judges Wolves, P.E.G. Followers, etc.) in a more favored lighting to my vision. This is The Book of Joseph. Only a couple thousand were made and given away to those who bought the Mondo edition of Far Cry 5. I thought this would be a much easier way for his word to be spread so everyone can read it. It very much goes in depth into the Seeds background story and helps you understand them better. Levi never wanted to get involved. He thought this Eden's Gate stuff would fade eventually, or someone else would fix it. He wasn't a fighter anyways; hurting and/or killing people unerved him. He was content with hiding out till it was over. That was until he accidentally killed this Deputy fellow; the guy getting rid of his problem. Thanks to guilt and being irrational, he went and ahead took their identity. Maybe if he wanted something gone, he should do it himself. Now he finds himself with a whole range of new problems that he's gotta figure out; preferably without getting bloody.

CONTAINS SPOILERS So, I don't know about you guys, but I didn't really like the ending of Far Cry 5. I mean it was good, exciting, but so unfulfilling. You work your butt off, taking out each of the siblings, and countless cultists, yet you don't even get to kill Joseph? Really? I was in a fury at the end, so I wrote my own. I hope you enjoy, and if you don't... Okay? Bye then.
