He was patient, something Tyler wasn't. He was nice, something Tyler wasn't. He was selfless, something Tyler wasn't. Josh was Tyler's only hope on a friend, in the cold and dark hospital room. Tyler and Josh become friends. But will Tyler ever live normal again? And function normal again? Or will he be paralyzed for his whole life? Or even die?
